Each bracelet includes 9 inches (20 cm) of chain. You'll use the wire clippers to trim the bracelet to fit your wrist perfectly! Since our bracelets are incredibly durable, cutting them may require a bit of effort—try different angles until you get the right cut. :)

This stainless steel is generally MRI-safe and doesn’t typically set off metal detectors.
